Your Role

  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight and clear communication (written, verbal) providing digital direction to clients.
  • Perform research and keep on top of the latest digital trends.
  • Set product strategy for analytical products the company is building.
  • Provide C-level digital advisory services spanning web, mobile, social, search and video.

Your Background

  • Multiple roles and levels are open.  Ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a challenging environment and a strategic role, (i.e. Management Consulting, best-in-class Internet Company or Investment banking for tech businesses)
  • Ability to research information from multiple sources, quickly identify the  key themes and relevant concepts, and present them to an audience of business leaders

Summary

This up and coming Product Manager is at the intersection between business, technology and user experience and will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality and valuable experiences to our clients.  This is an ideal role for someone who is perpetually curious, passionate, and consistently looking for “what’s next” in product innovation.

Our clients range from SMBs to Fortune 500 and our abilities to define and champion product vision and to execute against the vision is a key differentiator for Centric Digital. Product managers work across teams including UX/Design, Strategy, Development, User Research, Marketing and Finance to build a Product Roadmap that will drive innovation for our clients.

Your Role

  • Develop user stories and be a voice of the user in the team
  • Assemble and communicate about the product backlog amongst the different stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication throughout the design and development processes between a variety of internal multi-disciplinary teams and executives
  • Integrate usability studies and market analysis into product requirements to ensure success
  • Bring information on competitive products to the attention of our clients (i.e., business owners & executive team); incorporate competitive position of our clients in product decisions
  • Study and report on user adoption and reaction to new products and features using site analytics and usability studies

Your Background

  • 1+ year Product Management experience with large, sophisticated B2C web and/or mobile business
  • Unbridled enthusiasm and knowledge of Digital/Online and Mobile including a keen interest in “what’s next” a must
  • Understanding of Agile a must
  • Experience with key product management functions, including direct industry and non-industry research, competitive analysis, product planning and reporting a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including stand up presentations
  • Project management capabilities with strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Technical expertise with cloud applications, Powerpoint, Excel and Word (or similar business applications)
  • BA/BS required
  • Open to up to 50% travel to client sites in the Bay Area or beyond as needed

Summary

The Senior Project Manager will manage the daily activities of large-scale web and mobile development projects, and work side-by-side with the development, design, product and strategy teams to plan iterations and releases, allocate resources, mitigate risk, manage scope changes, and define processes.  This is a unique project management role that also requires a strong account management orientation and ability to strategically navigate enterprise client organizations.

Your Role

  • Develop actionable project schedules – clearly identifying: key milestones, deliverables, outcomes, dependencies, effort/durations, resources
  • Maintain project schedules – tracking baseline against actuals, abstract project schedule into more digestible presentation
  • Work with appropriate team resources to drive requirements definition
  • Identify, track, and drive resolution of issues and risks
  • Facilitate recurring team status meetings / stand-ups – covering key accomplishments, upcoming activities, decisions, risks, issues and action items
  • Communicate project status, team velocity, and release progress to multiple audiences (project team, management, key stakeholders, etc.) via multiple vehicles (email, presentations, etc.)
  • Identify and effectively communicate team staffing requirements
  • Identify and understand cross-project dependencies and risks – coordinating with respective teams as applicable
  • Help to ensure cross functional teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
  • Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition
  • The project manager will support designing and implementing program and project management processes and templates

Your Background

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience managing digital projects (eg., website/portal, marketing sites, e-commerce, social, mobile, etc.) in client facing capacity
  • Strong enterprise account management orientation with the ability to absorb low-level business/technical detail and connect it to larger systems view and objectives
  • Outstanding written/oral/presentation skills with ability to translate relevant, actionable information to be digestible by multiple audiences (project-level resources to executive sponsorship)
  • Team player but with strong, resilient personality that will bring new ideas/perspective to the table and drive for results
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build diverse relationships and influence collaborative decision making
  • Solid understanding of agile /scrum methodologies and have worked within an agile environment
  • Near mastery of MS Office applications, some Project Management platforms, mobile apps and ability to quickly adapt to the multitude of Cloud-based applications that help run the Centric Digital business
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to help drive the continued growth of our company and office
  • BA/BS required
  • Role will require regular travel to client site within the Bay Area, and occasional travel beyond
